Job summary

Arona Home Essentials in Owensboro, KY seeks a Marketing and Growth Manager to drive customer growth and retention across our stores. You will lead training and development, set and achieve sales targets, and expand revenue opportunities while representing the brand in the local community.

Ideal candidates boast high energy, a proven sales-closer track record, and at least 2 years in retail or related fields; bilingual is a plus. A valid driver's license and compliance with policy are required.

Qualifications

• Must have HIGH ENERGY.
• Must have a proven track record as a sale closer.
• Must have 2 years retail, restaurant, or related experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bi-lingual is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth and retention of customers.
• Continuously develop, train, and manager employees.
• Responsible for setting and attaining sales goals.
• Manage expired customer agreements.
• Explore and react to profitable revenue opportunities within the store.
• Take a visible role in representing Arona Home Essentials in the local community.
