Job summary

Mammoth Brands is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to run growth for one of our brands. You own the brand's P&L and everything that drives it: creative strategy, channel management online and offline, and social commerce across TikTok Shop and affiliate.

You will set the growth strategy and lead the team delivering it, from channel managers to a Creative Strategist and a Social Commerce Lead. This is a role with direct ownership of the numbers.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years in DTC growth or direct-to-consumer business.
• Hands-on fluency across growth marketing: paid social, paid search, social commerce (TikTok Shop) and affiliate.
• Experience leading a cross-functional team and owning business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• P&L and growth strategy: own revenue, new customers, CAC targets and plans.
• Build channel mix and budget allocations with Demand & Strategy.
