Job summary

Brivo is seeking a Sr Marketing Manager to own the strategic GTM for high-priority segments within its global marketing team in Austin. You will orchestrate end-to-end demand generation motions, drive pipeline growth, and align sales and marketing across multi-channel campaigns.

Partner with Sales and Content to translate complex value propositions into scalable campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize budgets with a global perspective and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience managing large-scale B2B campaigns focused on lead generation.
• At least 3 years optimizing paid social and CTV/digital ad spend at scale.
• Strong ownership with data-driven problem solving and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-channel integrated campaigns translating value propositions into scalable demand motions.
• Audit campaign performance and paid media tactics to elevate digital proficiency.
• Own the performance narrative for Tier 1 programs with funnel-based adjustments.
• Partner with Sales on account-based marketing for Tier 1 segments and SDR alignment.
• Collaborate with Content and Web/Ops to ensure cohesive growth narratives.
• Guide performance marketing, including ad strategy, targeting, and budget optimization.
• Orchestrate campaign launches with creative, copy, and social teams for a unified narrative.
• Monitor lead handoff between campaigns and SDRs to ensure timely follow-up.
