Job summary

Pinpoint is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to bridge strategy and execution, shaping positioning and campaigns across APEX MCS, Inertia CS, and Vela LMS.

You will own demand generation, audience targeting, product marketing, and sales enablement, building HubSpot workflows, dashboards, and data‑driven funnel improvements in close collaboration with sales. The role requires translating complex compliance topics into practical value and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of B2B growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or integrated marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot experience across landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, email, automation, lead management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated campaigns across channels for APEX MCS, Inertia CS, and Vela LMS.
• Define ideal customer profiles and segment contacts and accounts.
• Build positioning, personas, use cases, value propositions, proofs, and launch messaging.
• Create sales enablement assets: presentations, one-pagers, ROI tools, case studies.
• Collaborate with sales on priority accounts and lead-follow-up.
• Build landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, and dashboards in HubSpot.
• Establish funnel tracking, attribution, and test audiences and messages.
• Run pre/post-event campaigns and support customer adoption and expansion.
