Job summary

HeyGen, in Los Angeles, is seeking a Growth Marketing Intern to support the growth lead by turning strategy into live campaigns across paid channels, affiliate, and influencer programs.

You'll launch campaigns, pull keyword reports, adjust bids, set up A/B tests, and explore new channels. The role requires in-person work three days a week at our Playa Vista office and offers exposure to Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; bonus if you've also worked in TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms
• Comfortable pulling keyword reports, adjusting bids, and managing budgets day-to-day
• Analytical and detail-oriented — you catch the typo in the ad copy, the misallocated budget, and the anomaly in yesterday's spend
• Self-starter who can move fast with minimal hand-holding in a high-autonomy environment

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax), Meta/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels (Reddit, ChatGPT, Apple Search Ads).
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, manage bid strategies, and adjust budgets based on performance
• Set up and run A/B tests and structured experiments across dimensions such as copy, messaging, creative, geo-targeting, incrementality, and audience
• Support day-to-day influencer operations — sourcing/managing relationships with micro-influencers, partner comms, performance monitoring, activation, invoicing
• Own day-to-day relationships with external agencies and vendors — managing deliverables, timelines, and performance accountability
• Partner with in-house creative and agency teams to analyze what's working across ad creative and feed data-driven insights back into iterations
