Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO with multi-channel ownership.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience managing strategists or specialists and owning reviews and development.
• Able to communicate with clients and lead underperformance calls.

Responsibilities

• Own PPC and SEO strategy across the department.
• Set quality standards, audits, and reporting.
• Ensure client results and honest attribution reporting.
• Lead escalation when accounts are at risk and direct fix.
• Define channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Communicate capabilities to sales before deals close.
• Plan hiring for the department and lead first-round interviews.
