Job summary

EPIC4 Specialty Partners in Nebraska is seeking a growth-focused marketing professional to support orthodontic and pediatric dental practices within our network. About 80% of the role is dedicated to growing practices and 20% to marketing the EPIC4 brand.

You will collaborate with doctors, practice leaders, and Operations to design and execute campaigns that increase new patient opportunities, consultations, starts, referrals, and production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, with direct orthodontic/dental practice experience.
• Proven ability to design and execute growth-driven marketing strategies.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or practices is preferred.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, paid ads, social media, and reputation management.
• Data-driven with KPI, conversion and ROI focus; excellent communication and project management.
• Hands-on, able to move between strategy and execution; manage external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow individual orthodontic and pediatric practices.
• Manage digital channels including Google Ads, SEO, social media, and online reputation.
• Track marketing performance and optimize ROI; monitor opportunities for budget investment.
• Collaborate with doctors, practice leaders, and Operations to meet growth goals.
• Share successful tactics across EPIC4 network and manage vendor relationships.
