Job summary

Mussett Nicholas & Associates is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support market awareness and client engagement. This role involves managing social media, coordinating events, and developing marketing materials while working directly with firm leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields, 2–5 years of experience in the AEC industry, and proficiency in Adobe InDesign. The position is based in Raleigh, NC, or Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred.
• 2–5 years of marketing experience in AEC industry preferred.
• Strong written communication skills for a technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage MNA's social media presence, primarily LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Develop project write-ups and marketing materials.
• Coordinate participation in trade shows and events.
• Maintain structured client follow-up systems.
• Track CRM data and assist with client outreach.
