Gotham FC in New Jersey is seeking a Growth Marketing Coordinator to support planning and execution of events, campaigns, and brand initiatives. This role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive event management.
You will manage street team activations, vendor logistics, and onboarding of roughly 25 part-time staff, while drafting on-brand email copy and collaborating with internal creative teams.
NJ/NY Gotham FC ("Gotham FC" or "the Club") is a National Women’s Soccer League ("NWSL") team representing New Jersey and New York. The team plays at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, NJ.
Gotham FC is looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Growth Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that grow our brand, engage our audience, and drive meaningful results. This person should have strong event management skills, with the ability to confidently support logistics, preparation, coordination, and on-site execution from start to finish. They should also be a strong creative writer who is comfortable drafting compelling, on-brand email copy and other marketing communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and equally comfortable managing the operational details of an event and crafting thoughtful brand messaging.
This position will require working three days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) at Gotham FC’s business office, which is located at 15 Exchange Place Jersey City, New Jersey. Club employees have the opportunity to work two remote days (Monday and Friday) from home. The Growth Marketing Coordinator will be required to attend all Gotham FC home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium, as well as attend some Street Team events throughout the year.
