Based on our integrated marketing plan, we’re looking for someone who can take strategic guidance from the management team but execute autonomously across social, influencer, content, and performance marketing. This role would require enough experience to drive user acquisition and engagement, more mid-level.

Commitment: Part-Time, ~15–20 hours/week (with potential to scale)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Compensation: hourly salary, commensurate with experience

WealthCoach is a powerful new financial modeling app that brings the tools of high-net-worth advisors to everyday users. With dynamic decision modeling, scenario planning, and personalized insights, we help busy families make smarter money moves — without the cost of a traditional advisor.

We’re preparing for launch and looking for a creative, self-starting Growth Marketing & Community Manager to help us hit the ground running. This is a rare opportunity to help launch a consumer fintech app from the ground up with clear goals, creative freedom, and high-impact responsibilities.

What You'll Own

You’ll help us bring our go-to-market strategy to life and be the day-to-day marketing engine behind our launch. Your responsibilities include:

Growth Campaigns

  • Execute the 6-month launch strategy to drive app installs, influencer engagement, and lead magnet downloads
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google UAC/PMAX, and Apple Search Ads
  • Collaborate with or oversee freelancers or agencies for performance creative or ad buying
  • Lead the posting, boosting and optimization of organic posts across Meta and TikTok
  • Coordinate and send email and push notifications to existing users
  • Track CPI, retention, and creative performance with weekly insights

Social Media & Community Management / Content Promotion

  • Manage our Instagram and TikTok (possibly YouTube) content calendar, posting reels, carousels and memes
  • Post and manage Reels, carousels, and meme-based content on Instagram and TikTok
  • Post and respond in relevant Reddit, Quora, and community threads
  • Promote lead gen assets (eBooks, toolkits – already created) with coordinated organic and paid posts
  • Launch and manage UGC campaigns, giveaways, affiliate partnerships, and Smartest Spend Challenges
  • Support newsletter and referral program engagement
  • Track engagement, follower growth, and lead conversion

Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Recruit and manage nano, micro, and mid-tier influencers to generate UGC and app walkthroughs
  • Engage with influencers and coordinate giveaways and social challenges

Data, Testing & Optimization

  • Track KPIs: CPI, retention, engagement, eBook downloads, and follower growth
  • Use analytics tools (GA, Meta Insights) to inform spend decisions

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer app, DTC, or fintech
  • Proven experience running and optimizing paid social and UAC/PMAX campaigns
  • Proven track record managing UGC and creator/influencer campaigns
  • Familiarity with community building and influencer outreach
  • Creative, nimble, and self-directed – you can take a playbook and run with it
  • Hands-on with ad platforms: Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google UAC
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and app growth metrics
  • Comfortable working independently with founder-level guidance
  • Comfortable with email marketing or push notification tools

Bonus:

  • Canva or basic design skills, experience with personal finance or fintech
  • Experience managing external freelancers or micro-agencies
