Job description

The Opportunity Join Pocketstop as our Growth Marketing Lead for our flagship product, RedFlag, and drive revenue growth through sophisticated marketing operations and hybrid ABM strategies. In this critical role, you'll architect and execute our vertical-focused go-to-market approach, leveraging advanced automation, data integration, and account-based marketing to deliver qualified pipeline in target industries.

What You'll Achieve As the architect of our revenue engine, you'll operate at the intersection of marketing operations, data science, and account-based marketing to deliver measurable pipeline growth. You'll build and optimize sophisticated lead flows, funnel automation, and vertical-specific campaigns that fuel our expansion into key market segments.

Core Focus Areas:

Marketing Operations & Automation

  • Design and implement advanced HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and conversion optimization
  • Orchestrate complex lead flows and funnel automation across multiple touchpoints
  • Integrate and optimize 3rd party data platforms (ZoomInfo, Apollo, 6sense, etc.) for enrichment and targeting
  • Build sophisticated attribution models and revenue reporting dashboards
  • Deploy intent-based segmentation, retargeting, and behavioral automation

Hybrid ABM & Vertical Strategy

  • Execute account-based marketing strategies targeting specific verticals and named accounts
  • Design industry-specific nurture sequences and content journeys
  • Leverage Sales Navigator and outbound tools for coordinated ABM campaigns
  • Create persona-based landing pages and conversion experiences
  • Develop vertical-specific messaging and competitive positioning

Demand Generation & Pipeline Optimization

  • Build and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs
  • Design sophisticated lead nurturing and reactivation campaigns
  • Implement conversion rate optimization across the entire funnel
  • Execute strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives
  • Drive engagement through LinkedIn ABM and strategic outreach

Data Integration & Performance Analytics

  • Manage complex data integrations between HubSpot, CRM, and 3rd party platforms
  • Implement advanced lead scoring models using behavioral and firmographic data
  • Deploy predictive analytics and lead qualification automation
  • Create comprehensive performance dashboards and pipeline reporting
  • Optimize contact enrichment and data quality processes

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years B2B marketing experience with strong marketing operations focus
  • Advanced HubSpot expertise (workflows, automation, integrations, reporting)
  • Proven experience with 3rd party data platforms (ZoomInfo, Apollo, 6sense, Outreach, etc.)
  • Account-based marketing experience with measurable pipeline results
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel optimization and conversion tracking
  • Experience with vertical/industry-focused marketing strategies

Technical Proficiency (Required)

  • HubSpot (expert level) - workflows, automation, custom properties, integrations
  • Marketing automation and lead scoring systems
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ABM tools
  • Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and revenue reporting
  • API integrations and data management

Ideal Background

  • SaaS or technology marketing experience
  • Experience in crisis management, safety, or emergency communication sectors preferred
  • Track record of building scalable marketing operations in growth-stage companies
  • Experience managing marketing qualified lead (MQL) to sales qualified lead (SQL) conversion optimization
