Job summary

Crane Pumps & Systems (CP&S) in Piqua, Ohio seeks a Business Analyst to drive growth by transforming data into actionable market insights. You will work with FP&A, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to identify wastewater infrastructure opportunities across North America.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, funding-source intelligence, and market research to expand partnerships and improve reporting processes. Bachelor’s degree required; manufacturing experience a plus.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Analytics or related field.
Experience in business analysis, data analytics or finance preferred.
Strong Excel and communication skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

Report to FP&A Manager and support data/reporting needs across the business.
Conduct market research and identify growth potential opportunities.
Develop data-driven models to rank states, regions and municipalities with high potential.
Consolidate leads, market intelligence, funding opportunities, and channel partner insights.
Provide market intel to Regional Sales Managers and leadership; deliver strategic recommendations.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve transparency.
