Atmos Energy’s Marketing team is seeking an experienced analyst to translate growth trends into actionable insights. You will analyze market and customer data, prepare reports, and support sales and marketing programs across the business unit.

This role requires strong analytic and communication skills, experience with data tools, and the ability to partner with local sales and operations to time growth initiatives and measure results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field or equivalent.
• Ability to analyze growth patterns and report findings to teams.
• Strong numerical and data visualization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze growth trends and performance, and present findings to marketing and sales.
• Monitor customer growth, retention metrics and market share in development areas.
• Support sales and marketing programs and assist with program implementation.
• Provide data for internal reports and external presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with local sales and operations to time growth investments.
