A typical week as a Growth Manager might involve:

• Supporting the development and execution of growth strategies to help achieve revenue and business objectives.

• Driving pipeline growth and supporting the achievement of sales and commercial targets.
• Collaborating with product, marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure growth initiatives align with wider business priorities.
• Analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on commercial performance and growth metrics.
