• Design and manage referral programs and early user acquisition loops
• Optimize onboarding funnels and activation metrics
• Collaborate on influencer campaigns, content partnerships, and brand storytelling
• Build early SEO and content marketing systems
• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance (Mixpanel, GA, Meta, etc.)
• Work directly with the founder on all GTM priorities

What You’ll Own:

• Launch and scale paid marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Design and manage referral programs and early user acquisition loops

Who You Are:

• 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or early-stage startups
• You’ve acquired users on a lean budget, and love experimenting with growth hacks
• You know how to measure CAC, LTV, retention, and act on the data
• Comfortable wearing many hats — from landing pages to email flows to ad creatives
• Curious, self-motivated, and scrappy — you don’t wait for direction, you move
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or consumer-facing tech
• Knowledge of tools like Mixpanel, Clevertap, Notion, Webflow, or Zapier
• Strong writing or creative skills for copy and branding
