The role is 80% IC and 20% management, leading a small team while staying hands-on with campaigns, experiments, and strategy to reach aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, marketing, or product roles with 4+ years leading teams.
• Track record of scaling consumer businesses and hitting growth targets.
• Experience owning P&L or growth metrics with CAC/LTV focus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute patient acquisition and retention across all channels.
• Lead growth roadmap aligned with revenue and patient targets.
• Build systems to measure, forecast, and optimize growth across funnel.
