Job summary

Cadmus seeks an entrepreneurial leader to build and grow our Energy Program Administration practice. This individual will develop strategy, secure new clients, build delivery capability, and lead program operations that help utilities and government clients achieve decarbonization and energy savings goals.

Cadmus provides technology-enabled advisory and implementation services to government, commercial, and other organizations, with a focus on transformative digital solutions and growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years of energy efficiency/utility program experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience launching or scaling energy programs and new business lines.
• Prospective track record in business development and sales success.
• Strong understanding of utility program design, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
• Proficient in MS Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for program administration and implementation with utilities, state agencies, and funding entities.
• Develop and execute a growth-oriented plan to scale the program administration practice with GTM strategy and multi-year targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, evaluation, design, and data analytics teams to shape offerings responsive to regulatory and market changes.
• Build senior-level relationships with clients, regulators, community-based orgs, and industry partners to identify opportunities.
• Provide executive oversight of program delivery, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and impactful savings and equity outcomes.
