Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in analytical or product roles.
• 4+ years of experience working with SQL and data querying.
• 4+ years solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches and leading data-driven projects from definition to execution.
• Proven ability to collaborate across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive product goals.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary product teams including engineers, designers, PMs and data scientists.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Experience performing exploratory analysis to answer open-ended questions.
• Experimentation experience to design multivariate tests and land data-informed launch decisions.
• Product ideation skills to apply growth tactics across different product areas.
• Experience with products used by a wide range of communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy across a large product area and drive cross-team alignment
• Drive long-term growth through data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences
• Understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence growth strategy
• Identify opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them to maximize long-term growth
• Collaborate with engineering and other product teams to land impact and lead experimentation from design to launch
