Job summary

ISG Technology LLC is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support sales and marketing transformation. You will help implement a modern plan to generate demand, enable the Salesforce, and strengthen ISG Technology’s brand as a leading IT solutions provider in the region.

Key duties include managing HubSpot and marketing automation, developing thought leadership content, coordinating events and tradeshows, and producing compelling marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong competency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
• Experience with office productivity software; Excel highly preferred.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and tracking marketing programs (email, social media, digital campaigns, events, webinars).
• Managing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Creating thought leadership content (white papers, newsletters, press releases, webinars, blogs).
• Developing marketing materials and ensuring brand guidelines are met.
• Planning and executing customer events and tradeshows.
• Writing, proofreading, and editing content across media.
• Managing a marketing budget and co-op budgets with partners.
• Reviewing campaign performance and conducting market research.
• Collaborating with external agencies and vendors, and internal teams.
