Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a highly experimental digital marketing role.
• Structured experiments with data-driven validation of hypotheses.
• Working knowledge of web analytics, funnel analysis, and SQL or data querying skills.
• Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, and product-led growth concepts.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a high tolerance for testing, failing, and iterating.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run growth experiments targeting acquisition, activation, and retention funnel stages.
• Research and test unconventional growth tactics including viral mechanics, referral programs, and product-led strategies.
• Analyze user behavior and funnel data to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact experiments.
• Execute campaigns across multiple channels and iterate rapidly based on performance data.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement technical experiments and automation scripts.
• Document experiment results and contribute to a shared knowledge base of growth learnings.

This role is for a resourceful, analytically minded professional who is energized by experimentation and motivated by finding scalable growth levers beyond conventional marketing playbooks.
