Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a highly experimental digital marketing role.
• Experience running structured experiments and using data to validate or invalidate growth hypotheses.
• Working knowledge of web analytics, funnel analysis, and basic SQL or data querying skills.
• Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, and product-led growth concepts.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a high tolerance for testing, failing, and iterating.

Responsibilities

• Research and test unconventional growth tactics including viral mechanics, referral programs, and product-led strategies.
• Analyze user behavior and funnel data to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact experiments.

• Document experiment results and contribute to a shared knowledge base of growth learnings.
