About the Growth Hacker (Marketing Engineer) Role at GenHealth

GenHealth.ai is revolutionizing healthcare with generative AI, and we are seeking an exceptional Growth Hacker to join our team. We define this role as someone whose main goal is to increase usage and demand for our product and does so through engineering and marketing efforts. As a member of GenHealth, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand presence and driving our marketing initiatives using engineering and generative ai, making a significant impact on the lives of patients around the world.

You will be responsible for maintaining and building out our website, creating compelling content for various platforms, including LinkedIn (posts), blogs (articles), YouTube (videos), and other social media channels. Additionally, you will develop marketing collateral such as presentations, flyers, and whitepapers to support our sales efforts and enhance our brand visibility. With your engineering skills you will further scale these efforts by building templated pages and interactive tools and graphs on our website.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the marketing website (Next.js) of GenHealth.ai
• Maintain exceptional taste and style in both visual and content domains
• Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn, blogs, YouTube, and other social media channels to engage and grow our audience.
• Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content and improve organic search rankings.
• Use Generative AI to create content and interactive elements of our website driving leads.
• Manage and analyze social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling marketing collateral, including web pages, presentations, flyers, whitepapers, and case studies.
• Conduct market research to identify new search trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events to promote GenHealth.ai’s products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare and AI technology to inform content creation and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Requirements

• Engineering experience to be able to develop and manage a Next.js website
• Strong background in healthcare marketing with experience in creating content for LinkedIn, blogs, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance.
• Experience in developing marketing collateral such as presentations, videos, flyers, whitepapers, and case studies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for making a significant impact on the healthcare industry using AI.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, and currently living in the US.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary for this role is $70,000 – $130,000. In addition to salary, total compensation includes the following:
