Qualifications

• 5+ years in business data science, analytics, or strategy and analytics.
• Experience building financial or operating models using forecasting, regression analysis, and cohort analysis.
• Advanced SQL and Python; cloud data stack familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth operating model used to forecast the business, run scenarios, and steer the business week to week.
• Partner with Strategy & Operations and Finance on goal-setting and forecasting cycles.
• Analyze our data to diagnose and explain our business trajectory and trends.
• Size opportunities and model the impact of pricing changes and new business initiatives to inform where we invest.
• Partner with executive leadership and founders to shape strategic company decisions and investments.
• Raise the bar across the data team - mentor peers, establish best practices, and shape the team's processes, tools, and standards.
