Job summary

Coastal Community Foundation of South Carolina is seeking a Special Initiatives & Campaign Project Manager to coordinate the Growth for Impact Campaign and related philanthropic initiatives. You will partner with the Philanthropy Team, the CEO/President, and volunteers to ensure campaigns stay on schedule and outcomes are achieved.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive fundraising and donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, briefing materials, meeting agendas, and follow-up documentation.
• Ability to coordinate work across teams and influence progress without direct supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project manager for the Growth for Impact Campaign and other philanthropic initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor a comprehensive campaign work plan with milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate campaign strategies and fundraising activities across the Foundation.
• Ensure alignment among governance bodies, leadership, volunteers, and staff.
• Manage campaign timelines and progress toward fundraising goals.
• Create and maintain systems to track activities, decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Coordinate reporting, reviews, and accountability processes for the campaign.
• Identify barriers and collaboratively develop solutions with leadership.
