Addison HVAC is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead the finance function and partner with the executive team to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and stronger performance. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling.
• Partner with operations to improve visibility into manufacturing performance, labor, material, and overhead costs.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and strong internal controls.
• Develop KPIs and operating metrics to drive accountability and better decision-making.
• Support commercial decisions with pricing, profitability, and cash flow analysis.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization.
