Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree or equivalent
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to interpret financial statements
• Knowledge of business banking products, lending processes and loan documentation
• Experience with customer sales and service
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a portfolio of small business clients to grow the book of business
• Proactively creates sales strategies to attract new clients and expand relationships
• Identifies opportunities and cross-sells products and services
• Builds client relationships and trust through expert guidance and responsive service
• Maintains data governance and coordinates information across databases
• Delivers timely, accurate service and collaborates with internal partners to meet client needs
