Job summary

Nivoda is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Growth pod who will own key growth surfaces and experiences that convert interest into revenue. You will work closely with Product Managers and engineers to iterate designs, run experiments, and build lasting product habits.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product design, strong UX/UI capabilities, and comfort with a design system. This role requires Boston‑based in‑person collaboration and a proactive, data‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with strong UX/UI thinking.
• Experience designing for data‑dense or catalogue‑heavy products (marketplace/e‑commerce).
• Fluency in UX (flows, IA, usability) and UI (visual design, design systems).
• Track record shipping in a high‑velocity environment with engineers.
• Experience running user research and translating insights into design decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma and contributing to a component‑based design system.
• Strong communication skills to tell the story of design decisions clearly.
• Based in or willing to commute to Boston for in‑person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for growth surfaces across the customer lifecycle.
• Design growth loops and lifecycle experiences to boost usage and revenue.
• Balance multiple workstreams and decide when to go deep or ship quickly.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency.
• Run lightweight user research to ground decisions in real user behaviour.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs ship accurately and rapidly.
• Use data and experiments to validate design decisions and iterate.
