Job summary

Tennessee-Title-Loans, Inc. in Collierville, TN is hiring for a customer-facing, performance-driven role in sales and financial conversations. You will engage with customers, ask questions, overcome objections, and guide decisions, including money discussions.

This position offers structured training, ongoing coaching, and real opportunities to advance. Expect a 40-hour work week with Saturdays, and compensation from $13.25 to $14.15 per hour plus a monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.
• You will stay engaged in conversations and overcome hesitation or rejection.
• You will use coaching and training to build confidence and achieve targets.
