Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills; quick learner and adaptable.
• Must work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings; valid Driver’s License if required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and guide them toward financial solutions.
• Ask follow-up questions and handle objections to move conversations forward.
• Make outbound calls and nurture relationships to close deals.
• Stay motivated in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Record interactions accurately and follow company training and coaching guidance.
