Mattel, Inc. is seeking a high-impact Sales Analyst to support the Walmart and Walmart.com businesses in Rogers, AR. This role combines analytics with business ownership to drive category growth through data, insights, and proactive decision-making.

You will oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and ROI. The position is field-based in Rogers with a clear path into direct sales for high performers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CPG analytics experience with multiple data sources.
• Self-motivated, high-urgency operator in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to thrive in a remote/hybrid team environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Walmart.com business ownership including item setup, forecasting, orders, and inventory management.
• Develop and manage the POS plan with YoY and QoQ tracking and gap-closing strategies.
• Drive site execution through regular audits of assortment, content, pricing, and competition.
• Translate performance data into actionable strategies to grow digital sales and ROI.
• Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and ongoing ad hoc analyses.
