Job summary

Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Framingham, MA. You will empower your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive store performance, and manage merchandising, operations, scheduling, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving with focus on shrink prevention.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and role model to ensure a positive experience for staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects and company initiatives; input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency.
