The ideal candidate has 3+ years of plumbing experience, a plumbing certification, and proficiency with Service Titan. We offer training opportunities and a path to grow within the company, with flexible schedules and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a plumber or similar role, residential focus.
• Plumbing certification or equivalent from a technical/trade school preferred.
• Technical expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems.
• Service Titan or similar trade software experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills to interact with customers and team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing Installations & Repairs: install, maintain, and repair residential systems and fixtures.
• System Inspections & Testing: check safety, functionality, and codes in homes.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: respond to call-outs and diagnose issues.
• Customer Interaction: explain issues, solutions, and recommendations.
• Cost Estimation & Solutions: prepare accurate estimates and advise on improvements.
• Preventative Maintenance: routine checks to ensure performance.
• Service Titan: document repairs and history in the software.
• Compliance & Safety: follow local codes and safety regulations.
• Customer Service Excellence: ensure high customer satisfaction.
