Job summary

B.H. Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to support a major solar construction project at the Milford, UT site. This site-based role emphasizes documentation, coordination, and on-site problem solving, with a competitive hourly pay and daily per diem.

The ideal candidate will have a construction or related engineering background, be comfortable with field conditions, and be available for a full-time schedule Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or equivalent preferred.
• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Experience in a similar construction role is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Oracle Primavera; scheduling and estimating experience preferred.
• Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a team-oriented environment, performing both mental and physical labor, and working in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support field engineering activities on a solar construction site.
• Coordinate documentation and site logistics to ensure timely progress.
• Maintain site records, reports, and communication with project stakeholders.
• Work at the Milford, UT site on a regular, full-time basis.

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented Field Engineer looking to support a major utility‑scale Solar Construction project? Do you thrive in a challenging, site-based environment where your documentation and coordination skills directly contribute to success? B.H. Inc., a rapidly growing leader in construction services, is looking for a skilled Field Engineer to join our team, working at the Milford, UT site. This pivotal Field Engineer role offers a competitive pay of $29-$36 per hour (depending on experience) including site specific per diem every day worked, earned and paid weekly.

Qualified applicants are eligible for Per Diem.

Relocation costs are NOT covered for this position.
