Job summary

Dijital Team is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to drive capability development across a remote-first organisation. You will identify capability gaps, design practical learning solutions, facilitate programs, and measure impact on performance.

You will collaborate with performance, People & Culture, customer success, and operations to align initiatives with business objectives, career progression, and customer needs, while building pathways across technical and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience conducting training needs analysis and identifying skills gaps.
• Designing and implementing learning programs from concept to delivery.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities.
• Ability to analyse data to identify capability and performance trends.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organisation-wide training needs and capability assessments.
• Design structured learning pathways across technical, professional, and leadership areas.
• Facilitate instructor-led workshops, virtually and in person.
• Create onboarding programs, job-specific roadmaps, and supporting materials.
• Measure learning impact and align initiatives with business outcomes.
