Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
• One (1) year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and by phone.
• Processes transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments and other teller duties.
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their banking needs.
• Educates customers on standard products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assists team members with basic tasks to aid in customer problem resolution.
• Refers customers to internal experts for more complex financial goals.
• Follows bank processes and ensures sound banking practices and risk reporting.
• Aims to meet branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on emerging technology.
