The role focuses on retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan and other banking products and services. You will provide excellent service, grow relationships through referrals, educate customers on online banking, and adhere to required policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1+ year of customer service and sales in banking or related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to deepen relationships and use bank products and services.
• Educate customers on online banking, mobile, and ATM usage.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, policies and technology.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
