Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker for our branch offices in Michigan. You will help customers achieve financial goals by retaining and growing consumer and business relationships and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.

In this role you will provide excellent service, proactively identify opportunities, educate customers on digital banking, and maintain knowledge of bank policies while following risk controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licenses: background check and fingerprints per NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate customers on other banking products and deepen internal partnerships.
• Educate customers on online/mobile/ATM banking usage.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
