Highline Storage Partners is seeking a Corporate Accountant to support revenue accounting and close processes across the storage portfolio. You will ensure GL integrity, collaborate with Operations, Asset Management, and the Corporate Controller, and manage intercompany transactions in a fast-growing real estate-focused organization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 2+ years of corporate accounting experience, with GAAP proficiency and ERP/Excel expertise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate accounting or finance experience; real estate or private equity preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and intercompany transactions; advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform facility-level and platform-wide revenue accounting for the storage portfolio.
• Prepare journal entries and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts; assist with consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and funding requests preparation.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and communicate results to leadership.
• Reconcile ledgers, perform variance analysis, and maintain internal controls.
• Support cross-functional accounting initiatives and onboarding of new facilities.
