Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
Knowledge or interest in small business lending and acquisition.
Experience in product management.
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.
Experience with data visualization and storytelling to drive product recommendations.
Proven leadership and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
Design and document current-state and future-state process maps across lending customer journeys.
Support product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
Build measurement frameworks linking product activity to business outcomes (e.g., origination volume, approval rates).
Support reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns across lending products (e.g., direct mail, digital, pre-approved offers).
