Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or similar role.
• Knowledge of small business lending and acquisition, digital/mobile focus.
• Experience in product management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and market research to inform roadmap.
• Design process maps for lending journeys (current/future state).
• Support product strategy and measurable value.
• Build measurement frameworks linking activity to business outcomes (origination/approval).
• Assist reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns for lending products.
