Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) seeks an experienced Project Manager to guide product development from concept to launch. You will manage plans, budgets, and timelines, aligning cross‑functional teams across global facilities, while ensuring ISO compliance and performance targets.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years PM experience in manufacturing, and occasional travel up to 5%. Minneapolis/St. Paul area headquarters; growth mindset and customer focus are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science or engineering.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PM credentials preferred but not required.
• Manufacturing and new product development experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets with staff.
• Ensure projects meet specifications and timelines.
• Oversee progress and report status up to leadership.
• Develop reports to monitor key metrics and improvements.
• Collaborate with global facilities on new product development.
