Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and extracting user-level data.
• Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and experimental design.
• Experience with analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA or similar.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI.
• Excellent communication to translate data insights for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, design, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior data to identify trends and inform product strategy.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs (DAU/MAU, retention, funnels).
• Investigate performance anomalies and user drop-off points.
• Collaborate with product managers to define success metrics and OKRs.
• Perform cohort analyses and user segmentation for growth opportunities.
• Monitor product health through engagement and activation metrics.
• Ensure accurate event tracking with engineering teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to benchmark performance.
• Create personas and journey maps based on behavioral data.
• Write SQL to extract and manipulate user-level data.
• Develop predictive models to forecast behavior and adoption.
• Present findings with clear visualizations to stakeholders.
• Support product launches by tracking adoption and early signals.
• Synthesize customer feedback from surveys, interviews, and support tickets.
