Qualifications

• 3+ years of private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence procedures.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (Excel, Bloomberg, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for crafting investment memos and presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior members of the investment team to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research, industry analysis, and due diligence to assess target attractiveness.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze investment returns, cash flows, and performance metrics.
• Assist in structuring deals, negotiating terms, and preparing investment memorandums for investment committee presentations.
• Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies, working with management teams to drive growth and improvements.
• Support the exit process by preparing divestiture strategies and coordinating with advisors.
