• De-escalate agitated patients with presence and voice before restraints.
• Cover float assignments across DigitalWave's San Antonio sites while maintaining continuity.
• Audit own documentation against TX charting standards before each chart closes.
• Read the flexible room during family meetings and slow the pace when grief outruns information.
• Mentor junior clinical staff and support onboarding as a mid-level team member.
• Sit with families through hard conversations about prognosis, code status, and goals of care.
