Job summary

The New Jersey Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking clinicians for a mentorship-driven role designed for growth. Clinicians will enter a structured program with 1–2 patients per hour, enabling individualized patient care and balanced workload.

The practice emphasizes clinical development and a clear career path. New graduates, early-career, and experienced DPTs are welcome to apply, with in-person mentorship, ongoing CEU opportunities, and a flexible, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• DPT degree (or current licensure) in Physical Therapy.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills.
• Willingness to engage in mentorship and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care with a low-to-moderate caseload of 1–2 patients per hour.
• Participate in 1:1 mentorship sessions and NJDPT mentorship program.
• Engage in advanced clinical discussions, treatment planning, and evidence-based decision making.
• Pursue continuing education and leadership development within the Ascend Compensation Model.
