Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist (DPT or equivalent).
• Experience with mentorship or clinical leadership is a plus.
• Ability to manage 1–2 patients per hour with individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care with 1–2 patients/hour in a growth-minded clinic.
• Participate in mentorship and clinical development programs.

NJDPT offers a long-term career path without the high-volume feel of many corporate outpatient models. Our clinicians typically treat 1-2 patients per hour, allowing time for individualized care, clinical growth, and work-life balance.
