Job summary

The New Jersey Doctors of Physical Therapy is a clinician-led, growth-focused practice in New Jersey. Clinicians benefit from structured mentorship, clinical development, and a clear growth path within an independently operated setting.

Compensation is designed for growth with total compensation up to $130,000+ including benefits; salary progression to $120,000+ after the training period, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist (DPT or equivalent).
• Experience with mentorship or clinical leadership is a plus.
• Ability to manage 1–2 patients per hour with individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care with 1–2 patients/hour in a growth-minded clinic.
• Participate in mentorship and clinical development programs.
• Contribute to leadership initiatives and Ascend Compensation Model.
