Happy Head, the leading telemedicine platform for hair growth, seeks a Senior Manager of Performance Creative in Santa Monica. The role owns the performance creative pipeline across paid channels and oversees a scalable creator content program, partnering with Paid Media to optimize testing and outcomes.

You will guide briefs, direct designers and creators, and ensure content aligns with brand standards while driving rapid iteration and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance/creator marketing or related role (beauty/health preferred).
• Proven track record building a high-volume creative pipeline.
• Experience scaling a creator/UGC program with negotiations and briefs.
• Knowledge of creator usage rights, licensing, exclusivity, renewals.
• Strong direct-response instincts with Meta advertising knowledge.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable creative decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance creative strategy and testing roadmap across paid channels.
• Build and manage a scalable creator network and briefs from concept to delivery.
• Direct creative direction across internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Product, Lifecycle to align creative with growth goals.
• Lead hands-on creative production when needed and drive rapid iteration.
• Track performance by creator and format; optimize briefs and partnerships.
