Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Paid Account Manager to own the execution, performance, and growth of our marketing service within their book of business. You will manage cross-channel campaigns, communicate with clients, and deliver clear reporting and insights.

You will rely on strong PPC skills, analytics, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize campaigns across Search, Social, Display, and more, leveraging Nova technology to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in agency setting.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing
• Experience with Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads
• Experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta ads direct response campaigns
• Experience speaking to cross-channel strategy and performance in-house or client-facing roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident with client-facing presentations and communication

Responsibilities

• Manage paid campaigns across clients of various business types with daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes
• Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data
• Act as the main point of contact on cross-channel digital marketing campaigns
• Lead weekly and monthly reporting calls
• Evaluate and educate the client on service expansion opportunities
• Ensure cross-channel integration through collaboration
• Oversee delivery of account deliverables and project management
• Engage in weekly department scrums and training to grow channel knowledge
• Seek to improve campaign performance against client goals
• Maintain frequent communication with internal teams and clients
• Contribute to development of training materials
• Leverage AI technologies to optimize processes
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem
