• Take loan applications, review documents, and inform applicants of required items.
• Explain credit policies and underwriting steps and present suitable mortgage products.
• Maintain regular updates with applicants and stakeholders through the loan cycle.
• Build internal relationships within Prosperity Bank and ensure compliance with policies.
